Low cost Aircraft pallet loader Older JCPL Container Pallet loaders modified to be low cost, low maintenance loaders for remote airports where it simply is not neither economically viable nor practical to place a full scale aircraft loader. This loader is basic to maintain, without any of the complexity of a modern loader electrics with solenoid operated hydraulics. Depending on manual movement of the load over inverted castors. In this case you see it is used to unload the cargo from the refrigerated containers where the shipment has been stored. Much less costly to ship, The auxiliary engine is attached to the side and has fork pockets and quick connect hydraulic fitting s on the hoses so that the engine can be repositioned for shipment. For warehouse work the engine can be remotely mounted or be driven by a hydraulic pump which is electric motor driven.
